Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying Eczema Tallow. If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To start a return, just email us at kevin@eczematallow.co with your order number and the reason. We'll walk you through the next steps.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. Opened products are fine — we understand you need to actually try it. We just ask that at least half the product remains.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, reach out to us right away and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We don't accept returns on subscription orders that have already shipped, but you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
